Job Summary

We are looking for an highly experienced and dedicated Manager to oversee departmental operations, manage teams, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and coordinate day-to-day departmental operations.

Plan, organize, and execute departmental activities to achieve business objectives.

Lead, guide, and monitor team members to ensure effective performance.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and other departments as required.

Monitor project progress, operational efficiency, and overall performance.

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.

Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records.

Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Support management in planning, decision-making, and business development activities.
