Electrical Sales Executive drives revenue by selling electrical goods—such as switchgear, lighting, wires, cables, and control panels—to dealers, contractors, and industrial clients. The role focuses on lead generation, field visits, order booking, and managing client relationships within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Sales & Prospecting: Conduct daily site visits, cold calls, and meetings with electrical contractors, builders, consultants, and panel builders.
- Channel & Dealer Management: Appoint recent stockists/dealers, maintain trade relationships, and drive secondary sales activation.
- Techno-Commercial Negotiations: Handle product inquiries, share technical leaflets, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms.
- Orders & Collections: Track order execution, ensure timely payment collections, and minimize overdue credit.
- Market Intelligence: Gather feedback on competitor pricing, product demand, and upcoming project tenders.
- Reporting: Submit daily activity logs, sales forecasts, and MIS reports to management.





Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a general graduate degree (b.com) with relevant industry experience.
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years in B2B/FMEG or industrial electrical product sales (lighting, switchgear, wires).
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical components, single-line diagrams, or lighting specifications.
- Mobility: Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle for local field travel (typically 80%–90% field work).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, street-smart attitude, and basic proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools.
