Key Responsibilities – Electrician
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, electrical drawings, and blueprints.
- Perform general electrical maintenance at client sites.
- Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices and equipment.
- Repair and replace electrical equipment, wiring, and fixtures as required.
- Follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable state and local building regulations.
- Perform corrective maintenance of circuit breakers.
- Maintain knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems and various electrical testing equipment.
- Prevent system breakdowns through routine inspections, replacement of old wiring and insulated cables, and cleaning of electrical circuits.
- Carry out effective troubleshooting to identify electrical hazards, faults, or malfunctions, and repair or replace damaged components.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies while performing electrical maintenance.
