Basic Function:

To ensure the continuous functioning of Electrical and Utility Equipments.

Timely corrections of break downs to avoid stopping production.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Daily Monitoring the Utility Status (Power & Fuel).
- Continue the pending work of previous shift which is urgent.
- Collect the tool box key & check the log for any pending work left in the previous shift & relieve him.
- Follow the PM schedule for monthly maintenance & update in the format sheet.
- Enter the work carried out on each & every machine in machine log book.
- Attending the Breakdowns to avoid stoppage of Production.
- Troubleshooting of Electrical and Utility Equipment’s problems.
- Use appropriate tools during carrying out maintenance & keep it in tool storage box safely after work.
- All the shift activities are to be documented in the shift log book.

1. Attend the duty in time & report to Manager in the beginning & end of the shift.

Follow the work safety rules strictly.
3. Keep the manuals in cupboard safely after use.
4. In case of any criticality inform Manager immediately and take guidance & do not tamper the machine.
5. In case of any accidents inform Manager immediately.
6. Read the machine manuals, work instructions thoroughly & then carryout the work.
7. Any leave or weekly off are taken with prior notice. & the duty should be continued by the reliever.

Accountability and Measures: Job performance will be measured through KPI and MPM.

Experience, Skills and Qualification:

- Qualification: Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Experience: 10 Years of experience in utility and Electrical Maintenance.
- Skills: Knowledge in Electrical Equipment’s.
