Eligibility Criteria & Candidate Profile

- Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced Candidates.
- Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Customer Retention, Telesales, or BPO will hold a robust advantage.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Education: Graduate / Undergraduate with strong persuasion abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Consultative Guidance: Interact with prospective students and parents to understand their learning needs and guide them toward appropriate educational programs.
- Lead Conversion & Retention: Handle lead follow-ups, resolve inquiries, drive conversions, and retain student interest through effective value proposition.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Pipeline Management: Maintain structured call logs, lead progression stages, and disposition updates in the CRM system.

Work Schedule & Compensation Structure

- Work Days: 6 Days Working | SUNDAY FIXED OFF

- Shift: Fixed Day Shift
- Interview Mode: Virtual / Online Rounds (Quick Turnaround)
- Salary & Compensation:
- Freshers: 28,000 Net Take Home (32,000 CTC) + Uncapped Incentives
- Experienced: Up to 47,000 Net Take Home (Commensurate with experience & interview performance) + Uncapped Incentives
