We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Education Counselor / Program Advisor to guide learners toward the right professional courses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel learners for MBA, Executive Education, Management, Finance, HR, Marketing, and other professional courses.
- Manage leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Achieve enrollment targets and maintain CRM updates.
- Guide prospective students throughout the admission process.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in education counseling, admissions, or education sales.
- Graduate preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in lead management and CRM is an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
