EduonTech is hiring enthusiastic and motivated interns for the position of Education Counselling Intern. The selected candidates will assist students in choosing the right courses and universities based on their educational backgrounds, career goals, and interests.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Contact prospective students through calls and follow-ups.
- Explain courses, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and university details.
- Understand students' educational requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Generate leads, follow up with interested students, and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain student records and update lead information.
- Achieve admission targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Internship Terms and Conditions:

- Contract Duration: 6 months.
- Monthly Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000, based on eligibility and performance.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week).




- Weekly Off: Sunday.
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Minimum 1 successful admission per month is compulsory to qualify for the monthly stipend.
- Additional incentives will be provided after every 2 successful admissions, as per company policy.
- Candidates must demonstrate good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a target-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Freshers and students interested in education counselling and sales are welcome.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work with targets.
- A positive attitude and an interest in helping students make informed career decisions.
