- Maintain POS systems, barcode scanners, and retail software operations
- Update product master data, pricing, and promotions in ERP / POS systems
- Monitor daily sales data, stock reports, and system transactions
- Support billing operations and troubleshoot POS or system issues
- Manage user access, system logins, and basic IT coordination
- Ensure accurate inventory data and stock system updates
- Coordinate with warehouse and buying teams for product updates
- Maintain backups and data security procedures
- Prepare daily and monthly EDP / system reports
- Support store staff with technical issues related to billing or data
- Assist IT team during software upgrades and system maintenance
- Maintain proper documentation of system processes
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
