Required Skills:-
- Solid hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator (SI) / IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
- Hands-on experience with Lightwell is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML.
- Experience supporting EDI transactions such as 850, 810, 856, 997, 940, 945, etc.
- Good knowledge of EDI mapping, translation, and data transformation.
- Strong understanding of communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, FTPS, VAN, etc.
- Experience with inbound/outbound envelopes and file transfer processes.
- Strong experience in production support, incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
- Basic SQL and Linux/Unix knowledge for troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
