Key Responsibilities Teaching & Classroom Management

- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and learning activities.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom workplace.
- Encourage learning through play, creativity, storytelling, music, and hands-on activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline with a warm and supportive approach.

Child Development & Care

- Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development.
- Observe and assess children’s progress and developmental milestones.
- Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Ensure children’s health, safety, and well-being at all times.

Education

- Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT)or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (preferred).

Experience

- Prior teaching experience in preschool, kindergarten, or early years (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
