Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy and own the online P&L.;
- Lead the successful launch and ongoing optimization of the Shopify website.
- Build the complete e-commerce operating model, including systems, SOPs, and workflows.
- Establish scalable backend operations covering product catalogue, inventory, order management, fulfilment, logistics, returns, customer support, and payment reconciliation.
- Identify and implement the right technology stack (inventory, shipping, CRM, analytics, automation, etc.). Launch and grow marketplace sales (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.).
- Work closely with Marketing to drive traffic, conversions, customer acquisition, and repeat purchases.
- Lead, and develop the e-commerce team.




- Monitor business performance through MIS, dashboards, and key commercial metrics.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce.
- Proven experience launching and scaling an e-commerce business from scratch.
- Robust hands-on experience with Shopify.
- Experience implementing e-commerce technology, backend operations, and fulfilment processes.
- Experience managing online marketplaces.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and leadership capability.
- Experience in sports, retail, fashion, footwear, or consumer goods is preferred.
