Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily order processing and order fulfillment across e-commerce marketplaces.

- Handle order management, tracking, dispatch coordination, and delivery status updates.

- Manage customer returns, refunds, replacements, and return-related issues.

- Handle marketplace claims, including preparing supporting documents, filing claims, and following up for resolution.

- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch and fulfillment.

- Maintain daily operational records and reports using Google Sheets and MS Excel.

- Track orders, returns, cancellations, pending shipments, and claim status.

- Identify order discrepancies and resolve operational issues promptly.

- Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates across marketplace dashboards.





- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations preferred.

- Knowledge of order fulfillment, order management, returns, and claim management.

- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

- Ability to maintain reports, track data, and manage multiple tasks.

- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience with marketplace seller panels and OMS tools will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
