We are seeking a talented E-commerce Image Retoucher & Graphic Designer with a passion for luxury fashion. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, visually consistent product images and creative website graphics that accurately represent our garments while maintaining our premium brand identity.Key Responsibilities

- Retouch product and model photographs while preserving the natural texture of fabrics, embroidery, lace, beadwork, sequins, prints, and other garment details.
- Ensure every product image is color-matched to the actual garment using physical samples or approved color references.
- Remove or replace backgrounds and eliminate dust, wrinkles, unwanted objects, reflections, and distracting shadows while maintaining a natural appearance.
- Maintain consistent cropping, alignment, scaling, spacing, and image composition across all product listings.
- Ensure consistency between front, back, side, and close-up images for every product.
- Design elegant website banners, homepage sliders, collection pages, promotional creatives, and marketing graphics for desktop and mobile platforms.
- Prepare web-optimized images in the required formats, dimensions, and file sizes without compromising image quality.
- Organize source files and final assets using standardized product codes, folder structures, and version control.
- Collaborate closely with the merchandising, photography, marketing, and e-commerce teams to meet launch schedules and campaign deadlines.




- Conduct final quality checks to ensure color accuracy, consistency, image sharpness, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in fashion, apparel, luxury retail, or e-commerce image retouching.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Illustrator, and other graphic design tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of color correction, image manipulation, composition, and luxury fashion presentation.
- Ability to manage large batches of product images while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Solid communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Shopify, Magento, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Basic knowledge of fashion photography and lighting.
- Experience creating digital marketing creatives, social media posts, email campaign graphics, and website promotional banners.
- Understanding of image optimization techniques for website performance and SEO.

Portfolio RequirementApplicants must submit a portfolio that includes:

- Before-and-after image retouching examples
- Color correction and garment matching work
- Background removal and product editing
- Fashion or luxury product photography
- Website banners, promotional creatives, or digital marketing designs
