We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, online merchandising, campaign coordination, inventory and order management, performance analysis, and ensuring an exceptional online customer experience across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Product Listings & Content Management

- Create, upload, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and metadata for SEO.
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for promotional content.

Inventory & Order Management

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve issues like returns, cancellations, or shipping delays.

Campaigns & Promotions





- Plan and execute online promotional strategies and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Coordinate with marketplaces to run ad campaigns and track their performance.
- Implement coupon codes, flash sales, and seasonal discounts.

Analytics & Performance Monitoring

- Track and analyze sales data, conversion rates, bounce rates, and other KPIs.
- Generate reports and insights to optimize listings and drive growth.
- Monitor competitor pricing and product strategies.

Customer Experience & Support

- Respond to customer inquiries and reviews on platforms.
- Work with support and logistics teams to ensure positive customer experiences and resolve issues promptly.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
