Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, supervise staff, handle guest concerns, and ensure smooth service delivery throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily hotel operations and staff activities.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests.
- Monitor check-ins, check-outs, and room availability.
- Ensure service quality, cleanliness,



and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare shift reports and coordinate shift handovers.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate major concerns.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards and procedures.
