Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Duck Creek Technical SME who knows the platform from the inside: its architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, batch processing and technical configuration. You will be the go-to technical expert for developers, configuration teams, testers and production-support teams, helping them solve complex integration and application problems and make sound technical decisions.

Must-Have Skills

- 8+ years of IT experience (as per final decision) with strong hands-on Duck Creek experience.
- Robust understanding of Duck Creek architecture and system internals.
- REST/SOAP web services, JSON/XML, and API troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of batch processing.
- SQL and database knowledge.
- Production support and technical RCA experience on enterprise integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Duck Creek Policy, Billing, Claims, OnDemand.
- Azure/AWS, microservices, middleware, Kafka.
- CI/CD, DevOps, performance and security.
- P&C; insurance domain experience.
