About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer with solid expertise in Salesforce CPQ, API automation, and end-to-end quality engineering. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and JavaScript and testing complex integrations across Salesforce, billing platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications. The role requires an automation-first mindset, strong programming and troubleshooting capabilities, and experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Exposure to AI-powered testing and self-healing automation frameworks will be an added advantage.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, API, Salesforce CPQ, and billing-platform integrations.
- Develop end-to-end automated tests using Playwright and JavaScript.
- Build comprehensive automated test coverage for functional, regression, integration, and system-to-system testing.
- Automate and validate complex Salesforce CPQ workflows and their integrations with enterprise billing platforms.
- Perform API testing and validation using tools such as Postman.
- Validate integrations between Salesforce CPQ, billing applications, APIs, and downstream enterprise systems.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
- Work with Git, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions for source control and CI/CD integration.
- Analyse automated test results, application logs,



and test data to identify root causes of failures and defects.
- Explore AI-driven testing and LLM-based approaches for intelligent test generation and self-healing automation.
- Evaluate and adopt advanced automation tools and quality-engineering practices.
- Promote an automation-first and AI-driven testing approach across the quality engineering lifecycle.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8-12 years of experience in QA Automation, SDET, or Quality Engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and developing test automation frameworks.
- Proven experience with Playwright for UI and end-to-end automation.
- Strong programming/scripting expertise in JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with API automation and validation.
- Experience using Postman for API testing.
- Experience testing Salesforce applications, particularly Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience automating Salesforce CPQ business workflows and integrations.
- Experience testing enterprise billing platforms such as Zuora or similar billing solutions.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end, functional, regression, API, and integration testing.
- Experience integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on exposure to Git, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Strong debugging,



log-analysis, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of AI-powered testing, intelligent test automation, or self-healing frameworks is preferred.
