About the Role

Join Spice Money, a leading rural fintech company, and help transform Bharat! As a District Sales Manager (DSM), you’ll drive sales and expand our agent network (Adhikaris) — local retailers who deliver banking and digital services in their communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue in assigned district.
- Onboard and activate current Adhikaris (agents).
- Support agent productivity and service usage.
- Meet monthly sales and expansion targets.
- Maintain strong field relationships.
- Share local market insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s / PG degree (any discipline)

-2–5 years in sales (Fintech, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG preferred)

-Channel sales & territory management experience

-Strong communication & team leadership skills

-Local area knowledge is a must
