We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digitalization & Automation Manager to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, AI-driven solutions, analytics, and business process automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning digital strategies with business objectives, driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and delivering measurable business value through the effective implementation of AI, machine learning, generative AI, and advanced analytics.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to identify opportunities for digitalization, optimize existing processes, and establish best practices for responsible AI adoption and data governance.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Digital Transformation & AI Strategy

- Define and execute enterprise-wide AI, analytics, digitalization, and automation strategies in alignment with business objectives and growth priorities.
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes, improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Develop and implement digital transformation roadmaps with measurable business outcomes.

2. AI & Automation Implementation

- Lead the integration of AI, machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent automation into core business processes, products, and services.
- Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows, eliminate repetitive tasks, and improve decision-making.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend suitable AI and automation solutions based on business requirements.
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of implemented digital solutions.

3. AI Center of Excellence (CoE)

- Establish and manage an AI Center of Excellence to promote innovation, standardize best practices, and encourage collaboration across teams.
- Develop frameworks, guidelines, and reusable solutions to accelerate AI and automation adoption.




- Build internal capabilities and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.

4. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

- Lead initiatives to advance analytics from descriptive reporting to predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Leverage business intelligence tools, machine learning, and data analytics to generate actionable insights.
- Translate complex data and analytical findings into practical business recommendations.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of digitalization and automation initiatives.

5. Data Governance, Compliance & Responsible AI

- Establish robust data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Promote responsible and ethical AI practices, addressing risks related to bias, data privacy, transparency, and compliance.
- Develop policies and controls for secure and effective AI adoption across the organization.

6. Stakeholder & Project Management

- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify business challenges and deliver technology-driven solutions.
- Manage digitalization and automation projects from planning and implementation through deployment and performance evaluation.
- Communicate technical concepts, analytical insights, and project outcomes effectively to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Ensure that projects deliver measurable business value and align with organizational KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics,



or a related field.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, business process automation, AI/ML, data analytics, or technology-driven process improvement.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, and advanced analytics.
- Experience implementing digitalization and automation initiatives within business functions.
- Knowledge of business intelligence and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
- Understanding of workflow automation, intelligent process automation, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with data governance, responsible AI, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Robust stakeholder management, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technology capabilities into business outcomes.

Preferred Skills

- Experience establishing or managing an AI Center of Excellence.
- Exposure to RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI and analytics platforms.
- Experience working with enterprise systems, business intelligence solutions, and digital transformation programs.
- Relevant certifications in AI, data analytics, automation, or project management will be an advantage.
