# DIGITAL SYSTEMS LEAD The Kulish School, Jagatpura, Jaipur · Full time on campus · Reports to: Founding Director

## ABOUT THE KULISH INNOVATION LAB The Kulish School in Jagatpura, Jaipur, is an IB school building an R&D; centre for the future of education: twelve labs across every major stream, where children aged 5 to 18 learn by building real things, and where we study and publish what works. You will join as one of four founders, on a dedicated floor, with the backing of the school and a three-phase plan to 2030.

## THE ROLE

You will build and run the digital side of the lab: the AI & Computing and Mathematics & Simulation labs, and the lab's own software, including the platform that runs the school's internal economy and the first versions of the student growth dashboards. Half your time is building with students; the other half is building tools the lab and school need.

## WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Set up the digital studio: laptops, GPU workstations, cloud accounts, development tools and a safe network for students.
- Design and lead digital projects: apps for real clients, data investigations, simulations and responsible AI projects.
- Develop digital projects and innovations with students, create structured learning modules and lessons, and guide them through the process of learning, discovering, designing and executing their own ideas.




- Build and maintain the Exchange platform for lab credits, the market and the termly auction.
- Prototype the evidence-capture app and growth dashboards with the Learning Science Lab, with privacy built in.
- Write the lab's student AI-use guidelines with the Director and teachers.
- Teach coding and computational thinking from the Explorer stage upward.
- Integrate sensors and data from the physical labs with the Physical Systems Lead.

## IN YOUR FIRST YEAR YOU WILL HAVE
- Launched the Exchange platform for the first grand simulation.
- Led at least eight student digital projects, including one app used outside the school.
- Delivered a working prototype of the evidence-capture app for the evaluation pilot.

## YOU HAVE
- A degree in computer science, electronics, data science or a related field from a leading institution, or equivalent proven work.
- Three or more years building and shipping software: full-stack web or mobile, data or machine learning.
- Shipped products with real users that you can show.
- Sound judgment on privacy, security and the limits of AI.

## GOOD TO HAVE

Embedded or IoT work; open-source contributions; teaching, hackathon mentoring or running a coding club; game development.
