About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Systems Lead to manage and improve digital applications used at construction sites. The role involves maintaining site applications, ensuring data accuracy, supporting users, training site teams, and coordinating with the in-house technology team to improve digital processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage construction site applications built using AppSheet and Google Sheets.
- Maintain accurate master data, including users, contractors, locations, work items and assignments.
- Test application changes and updates before releasing them for use.
- Train engineers, foremen, contractors and vendors to use digital applications effectively.
- Provide day-to-day technical support and resolve application-related issues.
- Monitor application usage, data quality and adoption across construction sites.
- Collect feedback from site teams and prepare clear requirements for application improvements.
- Maintain Google Workspace user access, backups and documentation.




- Support the migration of data to an SQL database and the improvement of digital systems.
- Prepare daily summaries on application usage and data quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in construction, preferably in civil engineering, QA/QC, planning, or as a no-code/low-code developer with construction site exposure.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and AppSheet or similar no-code/low-code platforms.
- Ability to read and understand basic scripts.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, testing and documentation.
- Fluency in Hindi and English, with the ability to train site staff and communicate with contractors.
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred, or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with strong digital skills. Candidates with B.Tech/MCA and site exposure may also be considered.

Positive to Have
- Knowledge of Google Apps Script or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with SQL and Looker Studio.
- Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera.
- Experience implementing construction site applications or ERP systems.

Work Location and Schedule
- On-site at Vayu @ KVD Windpark, Greater Noida West.

Monday to Saturday.
