Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The specialist will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote pearl and jewelry collections across social media, search, and other online channels. Daily responsibilities include managing social media pages, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing strategies using web analytics.

The role involves coordinating online promotions, improving website traffic and engagement,



and supporting e-commerce initiatives. The specialist will collaborate with store and sales teams to align marketing activities with brand objectives and seasonal collections.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning and execution.
- Practical experience in Social Media Marketing across major platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and refine strategies.
- Effective Communication skills for creating transparent messaging and collaborating with internal teams.
- Understanding of e-commerce, online customer journeys, and basic SEO principles.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Prior experience in retail, jewelry, fashion, or luxury brands is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
