We are looking for a creative and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and digital analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business and client objectives.

- Plan, create, and manage campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

- Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned content.

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.

- Implement basic SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.

- Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns based on performance data.

- Track key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, CPC, conversions, leads, and ROI.

- Coordinate with the content, graphic design, and video teams to develop marketing creatives and campaigns.

- Create and manage content calendars for social media and digital campaigns.

- Assist in website traffic and conversion optimization.

- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and advertising practices.





- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely completion of assigned marketing activities.

- Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives through various digital channels.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and strategies.

- Hands-on knowledge of Social Media Marketing.

- Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics/GA4.

- Good knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.

- Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Creative thinking with a results-oriented approach.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content/creative tools is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, BBA, MBA, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.

- Candidates with practical experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media management will be preferred.
