Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in South Delhi.

The Digital Marketing

Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web analytics to improve reach and engagement. The role involves coordinating with nutritionists and other team members to translate ParaFit’s offerings into compelling digital narratives,



as well as identifying new online marketing opportunities and trends. The specialist will also support community-building initiatives, respond to audience interactions, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills, including campaign planning and execution across multiple channels.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, with experience in content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including written and verbal communication for digital content and internal collaboration.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with SEO/SEM, basic design or video editing skills, and experience in the health, wellness, or nutrition sector.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in South Delhi, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
