Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Indore.

The Digital Marketing

Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, and email to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and using web analytics tools to track key metrics and improve results. The role involves collaborating with design and content teams, conducting competitor and market research,



and ensuring consistent brand messaging across digital platforms.

The specialist will also contribute ideas for new campaigns, report on performance to stakeholders, and stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Solid digital marketing and online marketing skills, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media marketing, including content scheduling, community engagement, and platform-specific strategies.
- Ability to use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to interpret data, generate reports, and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and presentation of campaign results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, basic graphic design or creative tools, and email marketing platforms is highly beneficial.
