Job Title: Digital Marketing Team Manager

About UsWe are a fast-growing wholesale company supplying mobile and IT accessories to retailers across Bahrain and Dubai. We are building a robust in-house marketing team and need an experienced leader to run it.

Responsibilities

- Lead, train, and manage a team of digital marketers, graphic designers, video editors, and social media executives
- Build the overall digital marketing strategy and monthly/quarterly plans
- Set targets (KPIs) for the team and review performance regularly
- Oversee paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok, and B2B lead generation
- Manage brand identity, product catalogues, website, and social media content calendar
- Manage marketing budget, ad spend, and ROI




- Work with the sales and branch teams to convert leads into wholesale customers
- Give weekly and monthly reports to management
- Hire and onboard new team members when needed

Requirements
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including 2+ years leading a team
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, SEO, and email/WhatsApp marketing
- Experience in B2B, wholesale, retail, or electronics/accessories is preferred
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is a plus)
- Gulf market experience preferred

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
