? Salary: ₹5–7.5 LPA Fixed CTC + Performance-Based Incentives

? Experience: 3–6 Years

? Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office

? Monthly Ad Budget: Approximately ₹4 Lakhs

? Key Responsibilities

- Plan and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads for premium apartments, gated communities, and luxury villas.
- Manage advertising budgets and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Track CPL, qualified leads, site visits, bookings, and marketing ROI.
- Work closely with the sales and creative teams to improve campaign performance.
- Manage analytics, conversion tracking, remarketing, and performance reports.
- Develop data-driven strategies to increase property enquiries and bookings.

✅ Who Should Apply?





- 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Mandatory experience in real estate marketing or property lead generation.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and improving lead quality.
- Knowledge of GA4, GTM, CRM workflows, and conversion tracking.
- Proven ability to analyse campaign performance and deliver measurable results.
