Company Description HAYYAN is a farmer-focused organization founded by two engineering graduates from agricultural families in Coimbatore. The company began by producing natural oils from ingredients grown on their own farms for household use, later expanding to share these products with a wider community. Guided by the knowledge of parents and grandparents, HAYYAN is committed to providing high-quality, natural farm-based products to customers.

The organization now collaborates closely with over 50 farmers around Coimbatore, directly procuring raw ingredients and using both partner and in-house farm produce to manufacture oils. This model supports local agriculture while delivering authentic, farm-sourced products.

Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Udumalaippettai for a Digital Marketing Executive – Fresher. The role involves supporting digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online channels, including creating basic content, coordinating postings, and monitoring engagement.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will assist in analyzing campaign performance, preparing simple reports, and suggesting improvements to enhance brand visibility and product awareness. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the marketing and sales teams, learning to handle online promotions,



and helping to maintain a consistent brand presence aligned with HAYYAN’s agricultural values. The role is designed for individuals eager to learn digital marketing in a hands-on environment and grow with the organization.
