Job Summary

Amrapali Group is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, paid advertising, SEO, social media management, content creation, and lead generation. The candidate should be able to independently manage digital marketing activities and improve the company's online presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Marketing

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.
- Develop content calendars and execute social media campaigns.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Monitor engagement, reach, and follower growth.

2. Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising

- Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets, audience targeting, and retargeting.
- Generate quality leads and improve campaign ROI.
- Track cost per lead, conversions, and advertising performance.

3. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimise website content, landing pages, and search engine rankings.
- Use Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to monitor performance.

4. Content Creation & Graphic Design

- Create marketing creatives, banners, and promotional designs using Canva or similar tools.
- Write compelling ad copy, captions, blogs, and website content.
- Coordinate video editing, reels, and short-form promotional videos.

5. Website & Lead Generation

- Manage website content and basic website optimisation.
- Develop digital campaigns to generate business inquiries and leads.
- Optimise landing pages, lead forms,



and conversion funnels.
- Coordinate lead tracking and follow-up processes.

6. Email & WhatsApp Marketing

- Plan and execute email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Develop customer engagement and remarketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve conversion rates.

7. Analytics & Reporting

- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Analyse traffic, leads, engagement, conversions, and campaign ROI.
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Solid practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of content strategy, lead generation, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, creative, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing channels independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience independently handling end-to-end digital marketing activities.
- Practical understanding of both organic marketing and paid campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and improve campaign performance.
- A results-driven professional who stays updated with the latest marketing trends and tools.

Compensation Depending on experience, practical expertise, and interview performance.
