Role Description The Digital Content Creator is a full-time hybrid role based in Ajmer, with some flexibility for work from home. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing digital content that explains Project Bhaskar’s AI research, cultural initiatives, and product developments across web, social media, and other digital channels. Day-to-day work includes drafting articles, posts, and multimedia scripts, collaborating with researchers to translate complex concepts into accessible narratives, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Creator will help shape content strategies, manage content calendars, and analyze engagement metrics to improve reach and impact.



The role also includes coordinating with design and technical teams to ensure content is accurate, inclusive, and aligned with project goals.

Qualifications

- Ability to create clear, engaging digital content (e.g., web copy, social media posts, blog articles, basic scripts).
- Experience with content planning and strategy, including managing content calendars and aligning content with project objectives.
- Solid research skills to understand AI-related topics, cultural themes, and audience needs, and to verify information.
- Skills in editing and proofreading to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in language and tone.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and basic analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize content.
- Comfort working in multicultural and multilingual settings; interest in Indian languages, literature, or cultural studies is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with technical, design, and research teams, and to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, media studies, language studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in digital content creation for technology, research, or cultural projects is beneficial.
