At IT Services, we are passionate about ServiceNow and as we are expending in India, we are looking for a Senior ServiceNow DevOps Engineer to join us.

The Senior

ServiceNow DevOps Engineer will oversee all critical operational support to all services under our scope. You will provide consultation, guidance, and problem-solving expertise concerning technical issues of infrastructure, design, methods, and tools while ensuring high-quality development deliverables. #DHL #DHLITServices #GreatPlace # TogetherUnstoppable

Timely delivery of DHL packages around the globe in a way that ensures customer data are secure is in the core of what we do.



You will provide second/third level day-to-day operation support, and help investigate and resolve incidents, which were not resolved in lower support levels Provide expertise and deliver operational support within SLAs, following ITS processes. Monitor daily activities, prioritize tasks, and ensure adherence to departmental policies.

Offer backline technical support for business applications, prepare technical reports, and plan implementations with minimal disruption. Last but not least, investigate problems, liaise with staff on system enhancements, projects and platform patches, and upgrades.
