Device Rollout Manager / IT Service Management Manager

We are seeking an experienced Device Rollout Manager / IT Service Management Manager to lead large-scale global end-user computing (EUC) deployment programs. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and governing the rollout of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and related hardware across multiple countries and locations.

The successful candidate will ensure accurate device allocation, oversee deployment logistics, manage stakeholders, and drive seamless execution while maintaining strong governance, reporting, and asset management practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end device deployment programs across multiple sites and regions.
- Validate deployment scope and user eligibility using HR, inventory, and operational data.
- Coordinate device forecasting, ordering, inventory management, and rollout schedules.
- Manage deployment activities for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and related hardware.
- Oversee appointment scheduling, user communications, and deployment logistics.
- Monitor rollout progress, resolve exceptions, and ensure adherence to governance processes.
- Collaborate with regional IT teams, workplace services, vendors, and support teams.
- Maintain deployment dashboards,



reporting, and executive-level status updates.
- Ensure accurate asset tracking, device returns, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints throughout the program lifecycle.

Required Experience
- 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, device deployment, workplace technology, or end-user computing environments.
- Proven experience leading large-scale device refresh, migration, or deployment programs.
- Experience coordinating multi-site and preferably multi-country technology rollouts.
