Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Java Spring Boot Developers and Engineers with 3–15 years of experience in backend application development, enterprise software engineering, and REST API development. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, microservices, database technologies, and application security. Candidates should be capable of developing scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications, with responsibilities in technical design, architecture, and leadership aligned to their experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build RESTful APIs, backend services, and microservices.
- Implement business logic, data validation, exception handling, and security controls.
- Integrate relational databases, NoSQL databases, and external systems.
- Develop asynchronous processing and event-driven services where required.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and resource utilization.
- Write unit, integration, and automated tests.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with architects, frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
- Mentor developers and contribute to technical architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices for senior-level positions.

Required Technical Knowledge

- Core Java, OOP, collections, generics, exception handling, and Java 8+ features.




- Java Streams API, lambda expressions, functional interfaces, and Optional.
- Multithreading, concurrency, executors, and synchronization.
- JVM internals, garbage collection, memory management, and performance tuning.
- Spring Framework, dependency injection, inversion of control, and bean lifecycle.
- Spring Boot, auto-configuration, configuration management, and application profiles.
- Spring MVC and REST API development.
- Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, ORM, entity relationships, and transaction management.
- Spring Security, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and role-based access control.
- Microservices architecture, service discovery, API gateways, and inter-service communication.
- SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Database indexing, query optimization, connection pooling, and transaction management.
- Messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Caching using Redis or equivalent technologies.
- Unit and integration testing using JUnit 5, Mockito, and related frameworks.
- Maven or Gradle, Git, code quality tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Logging, monitoring, distributed tracing, and production troubleshooting.
- System design, design patterns, security best practices, and distributed systems.
