Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and network issues.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot hardware and software problems on Windows operating systems.
- Manage assets by tracking inventory levels and performing regular maintenance tasks.
- Configure Outlook email clients and perform basic networking troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot common IT issues independently with minimal supervision.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in Desktop Support or related field .
- Solid knowledge of asset management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in configuring Outlook email clients and managing networks.
- Experience working with various types of hardware devices including desktops/laptops/servers/printers.
