Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.

- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows 10/11 systems.

- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and user access administration.

- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

- Manage endpoint deployment and compliance using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.

- Perform software installations, OS upgrades, patch management, and security updates.

- Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.

- Support virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.

- Maintain endpoint security, antivirus solutions, and compliance standards.

- Handle user onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and inventory tracking.





- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system records.

- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders for IT operations and projects.
