Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer to develop, modify, and optimize engineering designs for hydraulic components, systems, and related mechanical assemblies. The candidate will work closely with production, application, quality, and purchase teams to ensure design accuracy, manufacturability, and product performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and modify 2D and 3D designs, drawings, and engineering models.

· Design hydraulic components, assemblies, manifolds, and related mechanical parts.

· Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.

· Interpret customer requirements, specifications, and engineering drawings.

· Perform design calculations, component selection, and dimensional analysis as required.

· Coordinate with production, application, quality, and purchase teams for design feasibility and implementation.

· Support prototype development, testing, troubleshooting, and design improvements.





· Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.

· Maintain design records, revision history, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.

· 1–3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in hydraulics or industrial equipment.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, or equivalent.

· Knowledge of hydraulic components, assemblies, engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.;

· Ability to prepare BOMs, manufacturing drawings, and technical reports.

· Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

· Knowledge of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Experience in hydraulic systems, valves, pumps, manifolds, cylinders, or industrial machinery.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project timelines.

· Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support production requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
