About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven qualified with robust manufacturing operations experience and a passion for continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM, and other CI tools.
- Drive productivity improvement, cost reduction, waste elimination, and quality improvement.
- Conduct process mapping, line balancing, time studies, and root cause analysis.
- Develop SOPs, process flows, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with client teams and support implementation of improvement projects.





Requirements

- 4-9 years of experience in manufacturing, production, industrial engineering, or operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of shop-floor operations and manpower management.
- Hands-on exposure to Lean tools and continuous improvement projects.
- Valuable analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
