We are seeking a music professional with 6–8 years of experience to drive the acquisition of original Hindi and Punjabi music, with a robust understanding of the Indian music industry and commercial music trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Source original songs from composers, lyricists, producers, singers, and independent creators.
- Evaluate songs for creative quality, commercial potential, and long-term catalogue value.
- Build strong industry relationships and maintain a robust pipeline of new music.
- Identify songs with breakout potential and emerging market trends.
- Negotiate and secure music rights aligned with business objectives.
- Drive catalogue growth and profitability through strategic music acquisitions.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in music acquisition, A&R;, or the music industry.
- Strong understanding of Hindi and Punjabi music markets.
- Excellent musical sensibility, industry network, and commercial judgment.
- Knowledge of music rights, licensing, and negotiation.
