Job Title- Deputy Manager--Facade & Facade Finishing
Location- Hyderabad (Gachibowli)
Working hours- 9:00 am 6:00 pm
Working days- Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday working.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and technical coordination
- Engineering and structural compliance
- Material inspection and approval
- Site execution and installation
- Quality assurance and testing
- Coordination with various consultants and vendors
- Program and progress management
- Commercial and variation management
- Safety and risk management
- Documentation and handover
Requirements
- Inspect faade installation against approved drawings and specifications.
- Check alignment, dimensions, tolerances, and workmanship.
- Verify glass, Aluminium, cladding, sealants, and anchoring systems.
- Conduct water leakage, air infiltration, and other required performance tests.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve defects and non-conformities.
- Diploma/B.Tech Civil Engineering or related field
- Min 7yr of experience in Faade.
