Purpose/Objective The purpose of hiring a Chlor Alkali Operation Engineer is to manage and oversee the production of chlor-alkali products.

This role ensures productive, safe, and compliant operations, strategic planning for cost reduction, team leadership, and continuous improvement in processes.

- - Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Chlor Alkali unit - Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity - Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards - Optimize production processes to achieve the highest quality output - Manage and mentor a team of operational staff,



providing guidance and support - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives - Identify and address any operational issues or bottlenecks - Drive a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability within the operations team

Technical Competencies

Understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance Desired Proficiency Level,knowledge of Chlor Alkali production processes and equipment,Process optimization and efficiency improvement

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification & Experience :- - Btech/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field - 5-10 year of exp.
