Role Overview

Lead the successful delivery of AI, Dynamics 365 ERP, and Dynamics 365 CRM projects while managing client relationships, delivery teams, project governance, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

· Own end-to-end delivery of AI, ERP, and CRM implementation projects.

· Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.





· Lead cross-functional consulting, functional, technical, and support teams.

· Drive solution quality, customer satisfaction, and successful project outcomes.

· Collaborate with sales and presales teams on solutioning and delivery planning.

· Support business growth through client engagement and account expansion.

Required Experience

· 8+ years of experience in ERP, CRM, or Digital Transformation project delivery.

· Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM platforms.

· Exposure to AI, Generative AI, Copilot, Automation, or Data Analytics solutions.

· Proven leadership experience managing enterprise projects and teams.

· Excellent stakeholder, communication, and people management skills.
