Role Description The Delivery Manager for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. The role involves overseeing end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements related to Canadian immigration pathways, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client cases.

The Delivery

Manager will coordinate with consultants and support staff to manage workflows, monitor case progress, and maintain service quality standards.

Responsibilities include analyzing client requirements,



aligning them with appropriate immigration programs, tracking documentation, and managing communication with clients throughout the application lifecycle. The role also includes optimizing processes, resolving delivery issues, preparing progress reports, and collaborating with leadership to improve service offerings for Canada-focused opportunities.

Qualifications
