Job Title: Delivery Head

Location: Hybrid – Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and execution of Azure data engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and define project scope and deliverables.
- Ensure quality control and best practices in data engineering processes.
- Support the team in the design, development, and implementation of data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Azure technologies.

Skills and Tools Required:





- Extensive experience in data engineering and project management, ideally with a focus on Azure.
- Strong proficiency with Azure data services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL Database.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Scala.
- Knowledge of big data technologies and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management tools experience (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello).
- Relevant certifications in Azure Data Engineering or Project Management would be a plus.
