Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products on time, within budget, and meeting customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for product development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues through proactive communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Requirements :
- 15-22 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as a Delivery Manager or similar role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects using Java-based technologies.
- Solid understanding of delivery management principles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different functions.
