We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, configure, monitor, and maintain MySQL databases, with a strong understanding of MySQL internals and the InnoDB storage engine.
- Perform query optimization, execution plan analysis, indexing, and database performance tuning.
- Manage NoSQL databases such as MongoDB (WiredTiger storage engine) or Cassandra.
- Diagnose and resolve complex database performance issues, bottlenecks, and production incidents.
- Plan and execute database migrations, version upgrades, and large-scale database transformations with minimal downtime.
- Design and implement database architecture solutions, including sharding, replication, partitioning, and high availability.
- Configure and maintain backup, recovery, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity strategies.
- Develop scripts and automation using programming or scripting languages to streamline database administration and operational tasks.
- Monitor database health, capacity, availability, and performance to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Implement database security, access controls,



and best practices for data integrity and operational efficiency.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with MySQL and InnoDB, including database internals and query optimization.
- Practical experience with MongoDB (WiredTiger) or Cassandra.
- Expertise in database performance tuning, troubleshooting, and complex issue resolution.
- Experience with database migrations, version upgrades, and large-scale database environments.
- Strong understanding of database architecture, including sharding, replication, partitioning, and HA/DR.
- Scripting or automation experience using Python, Bash, or any other programming language.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience managing high-volume, distributed database environments.
- Knowledge of database monitoring, alerting, and performance diagnostic tools.
- Experience with automated backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
- Familiarity with database security, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization.
