– Senior Data Scientist / ML Engineer (GenAI & RAG)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Develop scalable Python applications and automated data processing pipelines.
- Work with LLMs, NLP, embeddings, vector databases, and document processing.
- Implement and maintain cloud-based AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Python and machine learning.
- Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
- Knowledge of NLP, semantic search, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and AI tools.
- Experience with data pipelines, APIs, Git, and CI/CD.




- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

Positive to Have

- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Document Intelligence.
- Knowledge of document extraction, processing, and version comparison.
- Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or life sciences.
- Familiarity with production ML deployment and monitoring.
