Role overview

We are looking for a Data Scientist who can build reliable models on structured data and explain the results clearly to business and finance teams. You will work closely with business leaders and clients, so both technical depth and communication matter.

Key responsibilities

- Build, validate and deploy machine learning and regression models on structured/tabular data
- Apply statistical methods (probability, distributions, hypothesis testing, correlation) to solve business problems
- Clean, prepare and analyze large datasets using Python
- Work closely with finance teams and business leaders to understand requirements and define the right analytical approach
- Present findings,



insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a simple, transparent way
- Travel to client locations as required

Must-have skills

- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist
- Strong knowledge of classical machine learning and regression modeling
- Solid foundation in statistics: probability, distributions, hypothesis testing, correlation
- Proficiency in Python with Pandas, NumPy and Scikit-learn
- Experience working with structured/tabular data
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical results to business users

Good to have

- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain or logistics
- Experience working directly with finance teams
- Client-facing or consulting experience
- Working knowledge of SQL
