Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Data Science Trainer to deliver technical training in Python programming, statistics, data analysis, data visualization, and machine learning to college students. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience, solid analytical skills, and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

The role involves conducting practical training sessions, guiding students through hands-on projects, and helping them develop the technical skills required for careers in data science and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions on Data Science and its real-world applications.
- Teach Python programming fundamentals and essential libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
- Explain statistical concepts, probability, descriptive statistics, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
- Train students in data cleaning, data preprocessing, data manipulation, and feature engineering.
- Teach data visualization techniques to identify patterns, trends, and insights from datasets.
- Introduce machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
- Explain machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, clustering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Guide students in developing hands-on projects using real-world datasets.
- Conduct practical exercises, assignments, quizzes, assessments,



and project reviews to evaluate student progress.
- Prepare training materials, coding examples, datasets, and structured lesson plans.
- Help students develop analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and interview readiness.
- Travel to assigned colleges across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana according to the training schedule.
- Coordinate with internal training and operations teams regarding schedules, student progress, and training outcomes.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessment results, project progress, and student feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; equivalent qualifications with relevant expertise may also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming and its applications in data science.
- Understanding of statistics, probability, and basic mathematical concepts used in data analysis.
- Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
- Understanding of data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, and data visualization.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation.
- Ability to work with datasets and explain technical concepts using practical examples.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in teaching, mentoring, and working with college students.
- Willingness to travel to colleges as required for training assignments.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are eligible to apply.
