Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage enterprise-scale Cisco network infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching environments.
- Monitor network health using SolarWinds, NNMi, Cisco Catalyst Center, ThousandEyes, and Nagios.
- Perform packet analysis using Wireshark for complex network issues.
- Manage IPAM, DNS, and DHCP services through Infoblox.
- Diagnose and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance bottlenecks.
- Analyze logs and syslog data for proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Develop scripts and automation solutions for operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain network documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
