Job Summary

The Data Entry Operator for Fleet Management will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data related to fleet operations. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to prepare comprehensive reports. The ideal candidate will support the fleet management team in maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Enter and update data related to fleet vehicles, maintenance schedules, and operational metrics.
- Prepare and generate reports on fleet performance and utilization.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and validations.

Qualifications and Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related fields is a plus.
- 0-5 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,



including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
